					  Neil was very responsive and answered all my questions. He was very professional and patient as I had never ordered a car service for anyone, let alone my daughter and her husband on their return from their honeymoon. He rolled with the changes in their flight arrival and communicated with me as well as my daughter to coordinate the pick up. My daughter said the ride and car were great and it was a great surprise for them! 

The price was reasonable and well worth it.

I have no hesitation in recommending NM Private Car Service! They were great and Neil was awesome! Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

					  Neil was so responsive and prompt. We were a family of 4 with lots of luggage, it was no problem at all. Our flight arrived at night and it was comfortable. He was on time and the drive was smooth. Was glad that it was him who picked us up. Will look him up every time the family is in Chicago.

					  NM Private Car Service is fantastic! Neil picked up my mom from the suburbs for the Rolling Stones concert (Soldier Field) and drove her back home after the show. It was such a smooth process (from scheduling the service to meeting the driver after the show), and it was great to know my mom was in good hands, especially for a late-night return home. I highly recommend this car service!

  My family and I have used NM for years for rides to/from the airport. Neil is always very quick to respond and professional and everyone who has driven me over the years has been very kind, professional, and on time. Highly recommend booking NM Private Car Services next time you need a ride!

  Neil was amazing! He responded promptly to my inquiry. He kept in communication the day of my flight.  He stopped and got me a water after my flight.  He was able to accommodate my last minute destination change due to a family emergency.  He recommended a place to grab some food.  He truly went above and beyond!   UPDATE:  Neil picked me up again today (June 15th, 2023) from O'Hare airport.  Again, I recommend him for his reliability and safe driving. I rode home with Neil from O'Hare airport in June 2020.  I can vouch for his excellent services:  I felt very safe riding with him.  His vehicle was clean and well-maintained.  He drove carefully and followed the rules of the road, and he took the shortest route to my apartment building.  If ever I need someone to drive me back home from the airport, I'll hire Neil to do it.

  We used NM for a work outing and couldn't have been happier with the service we received! The vehicle was spotless, all of the 'features' (Bluetooth, LED lighting, AC, etc.) worked perfectly, and our driver, Leti, was very professional. Leti was punctual and kept in contact with us throughout the day. We will definitely be using NM again for future outings, couldn't have been happier!
