I can't believe I didn't write this review earlier because NM Private Car Services is AMAZING! Our first time using Neil involved multiple pick ups going to O'Hare for a family trip and the same multiple drop offs after our trip. Not only was the driver early going to the airport, we had detailed communication with him. At our arrival there was already a message from our driver telling us he was at O'Hare tracking our flight and ready to pick up. Since that trip, I have used Neil multiple times. The service is what you expect from a car service and more! Setting up the rides was never a hassle and there was always the piece of mind knowing that my transportation was taken care of no matter what. Neil and his team are professional, courteous, and exceeds my expectations! I made the mistake of forgetting to arrange transportation home from O'Hare and had no choice but to use a ride share - never again! Lesson learned - Nothing compares to the top notch service from Neil!

Neil, sorry this review is so late. We had a wonderful experience using Neil, he was on-time(actually about 15 minutes early) helped us carry and load our stuff into his van along with strapping in our 2 carseats. Arrived at the airport in plenty of time. Our return trip had to be changed due to our son becoming ill while we were on vacation. Neil was such a wonderful man and meet us with a baggage cart in baggage claim. This was nothing we asked for but he said he knew how difficult it is traveling with children and even worse with sick children. Thank you so much for the great experience and we will definitely be using you again. Make sure you use his service, he is the bomb.
