  Neil was very responsive and answered all my questions. He was very professional and patient as I had never ordered a car service for anyone, let alone my daughter and her husband on their return from their honeymoon. He rolled with the changes in their flight arrival and communicated with me as well as my daughter to coordinate the pick up. My daughter said the ride and car were great and it was a great surprise for them!
The price was reasonable and well worth it.
I have no hesitation in recommending NM Private Car Service! They were great and Neil was awesome! Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

  Neil was so responsive and prompt. We were a family of 4 with lots of luggage, it was no problem at all. Our flight arrived at night and it was comfortable. He was on time and the drive was smooth. Was glad that it was him who picked us up. Will look him up every time the family is in Chicago.

  NM Private Car Service is fantastic! Neil picked up my mom from the suburbs for the Rolling Stones concert (Soldier Field) and drove her back home after the show. It was such a smooth process (from scheduling the service to meeting the driver after the show), and it was great to know my mom was in good hands, especially for a late-night return home. I highly recommend this car service!
